VB6 seems to have changed the behavior of the ListView control when
MultiSelect is set to True.  The SelectedItem (one with keyboard focus)
always gets selected (highlighted) when you click off all items (in an
empty area within the ListView).  Also, when you drag a box around
several items to highlight them, it additionally selects (highlights)
the "SelectedItem" item (one with the dashed box around it that you can
use to key up and down to know which item the spacebar would affect).

This behavior is inconsistent (and annoying) with the VB5 control and
with Explorer.
