How to check Computer Speed?

I noticed that some machines have
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0
in the registry with Mhz value that reads 447 (that means 450 Mhz for a
Pentium III), BUT other machines do not have this entry at all in the
registry. Those machines have Win 95. If you have any other way of checking,
please let me know.
