 Creating the XML-Prolog from VB6

Hi

I need to create the following xml file from Visual Basic 6. I think I
pretty much knows how to create all the elements, but how do I create the
"prolog", so it looks like this:

Thank you
Best regards, Soren

<?xml version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8"?>
<bs:bestsearch xmlns:bs = " http://www.*-*-*.com/ ; xmlns:xsi =
" http://www.*-*-*.com/ ; xsi:schemaLocation =
" http://www.*-*-*.com/
http://localserver/mySchemas/bestsearch/bestsearch.xsd">
 <bs:abcd>

  <qwerty>
   <elem1>12345</elem1>
   <elem2>2002-01-01</elem2>
    <nodelist1>
     <node number="3"/>
     <node number="8"/>
    </nodelist1>
   <elem3>NONE</elem3>
  </qwerty>

 </bs:abcd>
</bs:bestsearch>
