 How to view HTML doc on VB form, not in the Browser

I have to create an HTML file programmatically(the data comming from database)
and let user preview that document without bringing up a browser.What is the
easiest way to do it? Is there any controls(scrollable) that lets you view HTML
code and can be placed on VB form?

Try a text box, rich text box is better if your user needs to change the
data.  You can use an invisible webbrowser control and access it's document
property to display it in your box:
myStringVar =  WebBrowser1.Document.body.innerTEXT
RichTextBox1.Text = myStringVar

Good Luck!
Steve
