VBA In Outook 2000 (new to Programming)

 VBA In Outook 2000 (new to Programming)

I Hava a textBox named "ProNumber"
with the Field Name set to "pros"
With value of field as text.

What I want to do is ...
1.  Allow only numbers to be entered
2. Set length to 8 characters
3. Validate

Can anyone please help me....
