I have a problem, when using NT UserManager for Member servers I click
on "Policies", then "User Rights"  Then I select "Shut Down the System"
and I can select which local groups have the right to do this item.

How can I display and change these properties via VBScript on local and
remote systems??  I've searched Washington's site and this forum but
didn't see what I was looking for.  Help would be deeply appreciated,
as I don't want to have to manually do this for 50+ servers!
