 dotNet Framework V1 released today!!!

Zwetan, you're welcome!

Sorry Alex...  :(

I downloaded it with Comcast cable service at home, and here's my Bit Beamer log entry...
      1/17/2002 7:08 PM Completed Download of D:\Documents and Settings\bla\Desktop\setup.exe
      Source: http://msvaus.www.conxion.com:80/download/.netframesdk/SDK/1.0/W98NT4...
      Filesize: 131.82 MB (138,226,752 Bytes)
      Duration: 10:27 Minutes
      Effective Speed: 215 KB/s

Don't let anyone tell you that DSL is better than an cable modem, it's a lie!

Jason,

You get better cable throughput than I do -- took me just under 14 minutes, but I did it during working hours ;-)...

For those of you without a fat internet pipe, the .NET SDK will be available on CD for shipping/handling cost (MSDN site says "coming soon").  For that matter, it will probably go out as a CD stuffer with every copy of a Windows related programming magazine in the next few months.

Counting both retries and time spent on "idle" download... 36:14:22
download time.

Is there a prize for that?
