 Defrag or Norton Speed Disk?????

I have a strange question.
I have Windows98SE and Norton System Work installed.
Norton has a Speed disk software (nearly similar to Defrag. The only big
difference is that is i use Speed Disk,it place the not frequently used
files at the end of the HD.
Then if i use Defrag,it take much more time to defrag because it move
another time the files placed at the end of the disk back to the original
What you suggest to use like a defrag software?
wich is the best of both?
