MainMenu and Toolbar side by side

MainMenu and Toolbar side by side

Does anybody know how to put a MainMenu object and a Toolbar side by side on
a windows form?  Right now I can only put one on top of the other.  I would
also like to do this without buying a 3rd-party tool (like DotNetBar.)

TIA
