When creating a setup package, and running on a PC, during
the last dll setup, the machine asks for a reboot because
the system files are out of date.

When I reboot, the same thing happens as above, and so on
in a loop, reboot setup reboot setup.

Is there anything I can do? I have made many programs, but
often get this response on windows 2000, please help me,
im very desperate.
