Always on top application

 Always on top application

How do I "always on top" application in WinXP ? TopMost
property doesn't help me.

Applications can not be topmost. Only windows can. So, why doesn't TopMost
property help? All topmost windows overlap all not-topmost windows, but
among the topmost windows, the zorder still can be changed, so there's no
way to get a window always in front of other topmost windows (what if
another application wants the same too?)

Mhmmm. Setting TopMost to True causes the application to be shown on top
of all other non-top-most windows on my Windows XP Professional.
