I have a very basic program, similar to the Walkthrough supplied by
Microsoft to create a master details windows form.  The form will not show
up when I try to run it.  The app. seems to hang. Any ideas??

If you are trying to run it from within the development environment, there
is a bug and you just have to keep stopping and restarting until it works.
Which is really frustrating if there is really a problem because you don't
know for sure :)
