Getting it tomorrow........should I uninstall VS 2002
first?

Any other hints or suggestions those of you having

It depends wether you would install full version of
VS 2003 or update.

Normally you can run both versions at the same time.

You can keep both on the same system.  The Upgrade ($29.00) install will
look for VS.NET 2002 already installed or ask for a CD from 2002.  Either
way, you can keep VS.NET 2002 and VS.NET 2003 Upgrade will install
seperately.

Yes... I love the new bitshift operators (<< and >>) and I love the fact you
can initialize a variable in an iteration statement:

For I As Integer = 1 To 5
    ...
Next

I is then declared locally for the entire For...Next loop scope.
