I'd like to put either a Link Label or Button control over an image
(PictureBox control) and have the label or button have a Transparent
background.  However, the only way I can get this to work is if I use a
Panel Control rather than a PictureBox control.  So, the question is are
there only certain instances that setting the Backcolor property to
Transparent actually works?
