Is there a way in VB.net to make windows (eighter win9x/nt/2k coz it must
work on all OS's), dial an existing dialup networking entry?
or well, maybe the entry do not need to exist and i can just pass the phone,
user, pass,  or params? no matter if it need to exist or not, i just need to
establish a inet connection trought dialup be4 start a process :)
