Help Takes so long to load?

Richar #1 / 6	Help Takes so long to load? whenever I call the Help in Visual studio I get this message (while I wait for a few minutes until it loads): help is updating to reflect your recent changes. This may take several minutes. How do I get the help to load much faster?

I dont know, when I click on help I usually get up and do something else because its so irritating to sit there while it does whatever. so when I want help, I click it, and walk away and its done when I get back. Hi, The Help module in my system works well and quickly, but I've got another problem: even the simplest VB project (1 form, 1 button) takes 3 minutes to compile and execute at my home system. In my office, with the same WinXP configuration (PIII-256RAM) it does in seconds!
