The ListBox.Text property is marked with the attribute
EditorBrowsable(EditorBrowsableState.Advanced), which makes it hidden
from IntelliSense lists unless you go into the VS.NET IDE options
dialog and uncheck Text Editor / Basic / General / Hide advanced
members. So basicly, someone at Microsoft thought it should be
considered "advanced" to use this property.

You look in the documentation for the class (Listbox) and all its base
classes. The "Listbox members" topic in the docs lists all properties
that you can use.
