 VB 6.0 project to VB.NET project ?

Is there a way to convert the old VB 6.0 project to VB.NET
project? If someone knows how to do it, please help.

 VB 6.0 project to VB.NET project ?
If you open a VB6 project in Visual Studio .NET, it should automatically
start the upgrade wizard...
