Another option is to move your toolbox and server explorer to the right
side of the window. This allows you to see your whole form while placing
controls and it hides once the control is dropped, which allows you access
to the solution explorer again.

Hi Chris,
with the beta, you might be better off to dock the toolbox while you are
using it. Just click on the drawing pin icon in the top right of the toolbox
window to lock it into place., and click on it again to unlock it. When
docked, your form's design window will move out of the way.
