 News about UserControl (Win Form)

Hi,

I'm trying to customize the picture of a UserControl (Win Form) on the
ToolBar but i don't find the Icon Property anywhere ?

Then 2 questions, just for confirmation :

* It seems to be unecessary to manage property persistance, isn't it ?
* The binary file for the control is a DLL like a Classe Library ?

Bests regards

You may need to add an attribute in front of your user control class to
specify the bitmap for it on the tool box. It can be like this:

<ToolboxBitmap(GetType(MyRootNameSpace.MyUserControl), "Mybitmap.bmp")> _
Public Class MyUserControl
    Inherits System.Windows.Forms.UserControl
