I think what you really want to do is not simulate a right click goto
properties goto advanced, etc
What I think you want to do is change your registry files
what you are looking for is stored in the registry files
it is under HKey Current USer / Environment. You would just need a script
to modify those values as you need them (ie add a new value or edit the
current ones.
