 Script to change static IP address windows2000

Does someone know how to create a script to change the static ip address to
Windows2000 machine and how to restart it ???

 Script to change static IP address windows2000
Use netsh.exe.  BTW, you don't need to restart anything in order to get the
address change to take effect.

For more information, enter NETSH at a command prompt.  Enter ? at the netsh
prompt to get help info.
