Not really a scripting question, but it is sort of....
This isn't really directly a scripting question, but I'm fishing. I haven't
gotten a response in the ng's that are more relevant and you guys usually
come through for me so I thought I'd give it a shot.
We're having problems with an automated process with the prompt that appears
on systems that have had IE or NetMeeting removed/upgraded and a user is
logging on for the first time after removal. It's the message that says
something to the effect of "{product} has been removed. Do you want to
clean up your personal settings?". The logon process halts until this
message is cleared. We need to get past it so our automated logon and
scripts (there's the hook for this group) can proceed. Does anyone know
what registry key controls this? I'd like to just bang into the registry and
answer the question before the prompt appears.
Thanks,
Tom
