 Multiple-step OLE DB Operation Generated Errors

The multi-step error is typically a result of trying to
store a value into a field that is too small to accomodate
the value.  (i.e. a string of length 10 into a field of
CHAR(8)).  I'm not sure if this error is generated if you
try and make a comparison against a string that is longer
than a field you're comparing to or not.  If you are doing
any insert/updates, verify that your data will fit in the
allocated space.
