Work needed Sydney (west) or Blue Mountains, Australia

Having recently completed a seven month contract with Lucent Technologies, I
am looking for further work opportunities. I will consider permanent,
temporary, part-time and contract positions.

My work with Lucent Technologies, which started as a one-month contract, is

involved the setting up of an intranet application for customer support,
using Microsoft FrontPage. ASP, VB-script and SQL were used to query and
update an Access database.

I have a background in customer service, both face-to-face and by telephone.
My experience includes a variety of technical and non-technical roles,
including:
    Technical and Sales Advice & Service
          By phone and face to face for several businesses.
     Knowledge of PC's
          Diploma of I.T. Have used PC's for over 10 years at work & home.
     Problem Solving
          Troubleshooting PC hardware & software, cash registers, & other
devices.

    Communication Skills
         Excellent written & verbal skills, face to face customer support
         Volunteer radio announcer
         Telephone sales desk (incoming calls)

A Norwegian ;-)

Once they get New Zealand citizenship they can enter Australia without even
needing a visa.

Australia & Norway both have elections coming up. Things are looking grim
for the our government, and I hear the same is true in Norway. Australia's
actions were most likely governed by public opinion IN MARGINAL ELECTORATES
(it seems to have worked), and I'm guessing Norway's leaders have done well
out of it, too.
