Monitor System Services, Notify When 90% Utilization is Reached

JC #1 / 2	Monitor System Services, Notify When 90% Utilization is Reached I would like to monitor the Porcesses % utilization on a Windows 2000 Server and be notified when the OverAll Utilization reaches or exceeds 95%, how can I do this.. Thanks for any help or info!!!
