 Calling Windows Script Host Objects from VB

Is it possible to call Windows Script Host objects and methods from Visual
Basic programs or from scripts that are running in other contexts (such as
on an HTML page)?

I have used these in ASP and VB as noted.

WScript.exe, CScript.exe
