Win2000 - setting up users and email accounts in active directory

Anyone help me please ?

I'm about to embark on the conversion of all my user accounts from a single
NT domain.  I need to create a script that will read from a CSV file and do
the following:

1/  Create a user account in the active directory
2/  Create and associate a Exchange 2000 email account with this
3/  Create a user directory (and share) with relevant permissions
4/  Set a random password and set the username to change password next time
5/  Print out a document with username, email name and password for each
user

If you have anything like this (or if it is available elsewhere - even as a
commercial program), please let me know.

Regards,

Mat
