WSH 5.6 Beta for NT missing files?

WSH 5.6 Beta for NT missing files?

I tried to install this beta from the self extracting exe and I get a
message that the install cannot find wshcon.dll please provide path to file.
This file is not in the self extracitng exe and is not present in the system
before hand.  the download for Win2k does include this file, but when I
copied it over, it did not help, in fact made things worse.  Anyone have
this beta working on NT4 or Win9x?

Thanks

WSH 5.6 Beta for NT missing files?
I have it working on both NT4 and Win98.  The missing file isn't installed or used on Win9x and
isn't critical to basic functioning of WSH 5.6 even on NT or Win2K (it's the WshController component
for doing remote script execution on another non-Win9x machine)...

I (and others) have copied/registered wshcon.dll from the Win2K install package.  How did this "make
things worse"???

The problem with the 5.6 beta 1 install packages has been acknowledged by Mike Whale (in the WSH
ng).  He's tearing his hair out (actually the testers' hair ;-) working on fixing the install
problems...
