 Saving word doc from browser

Please help!!!!
A web page redirects to a word document (that exists in
the web server).  Once the document in opened in the
browser can changes made to this document be sent back to
web server and replace the original document?

Is there any way to do this?  Anything particular that I
need to use for this?

PLease help!!
Cheers
Bruno

Michael's resolution is the best if you are using IIS5(Windows2000).
Otherwise, you may need to save the document to local first and then upload
the file through IE.

Hope it helps.

Robin
