where are you running this from?
I assume its a .vbs?

no it cant be, your using a button (duh! (thats me not you))

rename the page to an .hta see if that works?

You cant create objects like word on the client without the secuirity
settings a minimal, if this is beiung used over an intranet then just adjust
the settings on the pcs, you cant do this on the general internet.

It worked when I renamed it to a .HTA! Never heard or HTA's!

The page originally was an .ASP.
Is there any way this will work with HTM or ASP's??
