 Error loading advpack.dll on installation of Windows Script 5.5

When trying to install Windows Script 5.5 I get an 'Error loading
advpack.dll'

Please advice how I can resolve this, because apparently I need this
scripting business to get Visual Age for Java 3.5 installed.
