1) How do I stop a process that I did not start, using VBS (or VBasic)?

2) How do I minimize a client window of a process?  In this case, I have
started the process, but it is either maximized, or not minimized.

I know I saw the first question answered several months back, and I
appologize if this has been addressed recently, but I didn't see it.
