Is it possible to run either a saved query or a stored procedure from a
VBScript?

Sure, just use ADO.

i.e.
Recordset.open strSQL
or

Command.CommandText = strSQL
Command.Execute

etc, etc, etc.

If you have an Oracle stored procedure and you want to return a
recordset from the stored procedure, it's not so easy. See
