Outlook VBScript, Server Time, Publishing Org. Forms

Hi. I am creating MS Outlook forms. My reference is the Building
Applications with MS Outlook 97.

I am almost done with the form designs and now I am tackling the harder
stuff.

I want to make all forms have the timestamp come from the exchange
server. What code do I put in my forms so that it only gets the date and
time value from the exchange server and not from the personal
workstation?

I also wonder if I post the forms in the exchange server, does that mean
that I don't have to install the forms in each pc?

Also, do you know a good book(s) for VB? I am kind of a beginner. But I
need to get moving fast because I do a lot of MS programming. I use
Outlook and Access a lot.

Thanks people!
