 Get the system version Windows version

hey

Can ennyone tell me if it is possible to get the Windows version in a vb
script.

I can easily get the domain name, username and so on, but the Windows
Version ...... NT, 98, 2000 .. ???

This has been asked and answered before several times :-)

Take a look at this thead:

If you want to add support for Windows XP, add an Elseif (copy the W2000/5.0
test) testing for 5.1.

You can use http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search to fetch it.
