My web site www.msu.edu/~bourdett has a redirect page on it that redirects
user to the IP address of where my main site is hosted.

I want to find a way to check if the site is down. If the site is not down
then send the user to the correct IP, but if the main site is down then send
them to a backup site on a separate server with a different IP address.

Any help would be great!!!!
