Copy file from local machine to web host

I am creating a website, using .asp pages, and wish to allow users to upload
pictures or other binary file objects to the website.

I would like to have a setup similar to Hotmail.com (Browse button, which
show the directory tree for the user's computer)...
Select the file, and then another button to upload it to the web server
(after doing some preliminary validation checks)..

How is this possible using VBScript?

Is it possible to set up a file mask, such as only showing files with
certain extensions (*.gif , *.jpg, etc.) when the user hits the 'Browse'
button?

And to check to ensure file sizes for selected files are below a certain
size for the validation checks?

Ahh, upon searching this newsgroup, I found the article that answers my
question ... http://www.asptoday.com/articles/20000316.htm

My thanks to Randy for those links.
