 syntax question for email form

I am trying to get my check box responses to come out with
spaces between the words. The check boxes with single word
answers come out fine. I am not sure how to get spaces
between Friend and recommended. I have pasted the part of
code I am having problems with. Hope this is enough
information.

'This is from the .asp file:

If Request.form("friend") = "Friend recommended" Then
        strBody = strBody & "  " & Request.Form("friend")
& vbCrLf
End If

If Request.form("billinsert") = "Billinsert" Then
        strBody = strBody & "  " & Request.Form
("billinsert") & vbCrLf
End If

If Request.form("newspaper") = "Newspaper" Then
        strBody = strBody & "  " & Request.Form
("newspaper") & vbCrLf
End If

If Request.form("radio") = "Radio" Then
        strBody = strBody & "  " & Request.Form("radio") &
vbCrLf
End If

This is from the html document:

<tr>

                  <td width="275">
<p><font face="arial, helvetica"> </font><font
face="arial, helvetica">

<input name=friend type=checkbox
value=Friend&nbsp;recommended>Friend&nbsp;recommended<br>

<input name=billinsert type=checkbox value=Bill
insert>Bill&nbsp;insert<br>

<input name=newspaper type=checkbox
value=Newspaper>Newspaper<br>

<input name=radio type=checkbox value=Radio>Radio<br>

<input name=otherfindabout type=checkbox
value=Other:>Other:

<input name=findaboutsize="30" maxlength="30"></font></p>
                    </td>

                  <td width="150" colspan="2">&nbsp;</td>
                                        </tr>
