How to determine a priviledge in 2000?

 How to determine a priviledge in 2000?

I need a simple VBS to determine if the current user is able to set the
system datetime on Win2000.  The "IsEnabled" property seems to return TRUE
whether the user actually has the right or not.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
