You can use that with ShotGraph component for uploading:
http://www.aspshowcase.com/shotline/sgraph

The appropriate ASP example is present on Web site. The uploading feature is
free.

Best regards,
Mikhail.

Try http://asp101.aspin.com/index/default.asp?
tree=aspin/components/file/upload
There is whole bunch of upload components, including free ones.

 (ASP) upload file without SA-FileUP
Site Server 3 (Express and Retail versions)

Comes w/ an upload tool.
You do not have to be using any of the site server features to use it.

The easiest way to see if you have this is to look in the /scripts
directory.
I believe the name of the file is cphosts.dll

If that file is there you can use it to upload files to the server.
