Unable to run script via W2K Terminal Services Task Scheduler

Howdy all.
I'm unable to run a vbs script via the task scheduler. The task kicks off at
scheduled time but does nothing. Specifically script calls a Paradox v10
script file which copies tables from one dir to another.

The script runs fine from Explorer when dblclicked or from Start, Run using
wscript //X d:\hatclient\CopyPdoxTbls.vbs. I can even run it from  the
Microsoft Script editor via Start, Run and adding the vbs filename.

I'm a member of the admin grp so I have rights to the dirs being used.
Checking the W2K Windows task manager, I find that Paradox is NOT running as
an app/process only the task scheduler. When run locally on my network (NT4
server & NT4 wrkstations), Paradox shows up as an app/process when run from
WScript.

Appreciate any suggestions you can provide.

Thanks,
Rey
