Elie Constantin #1 / 5	IIS Error (500) Hi All when I try to run a .asp file using my internet explorer wich is located on a websrv server all the system hangs and noone will still be able to run any other asp file and the solution is always to reboot the system this results in a 500 IIS internal server error on the websrv. microsft says that this problem happens if u use any variable with the option explicit without declaring these variables any other solutions and help will be very much appreciated Thanx -- The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it. - Chinese Proverb

Bjorn Bailleu #2 / 5	IIS Error (500) We had the same problem here. The solution is to install service pack 1 for windows 2000 again. You should do this install over when you use any type of hotfix on your webserver unless it is explictly mentioned not to do so.
