 naming conventions

Hi,
We are a small shop and there are three of us working on different
projects. We have a Web Designer who creates the forms and (me) a Web
Developer and a DB Admin who creates the databases.
My problem is that the form fields like radio buttons, drop down lists etc
are named using some text say from the question the radio button refers to
on the form. The db fields are named something close.
No I go to created a stored procedure and it is really hard to put it
together.
Is there a standard or something close that we can use to name these web
applications?
thanks
Chip

Not sure if this will help you, but it is a good article nonetheless.
