 executing "dynamically created" scripts

Hello,

In a client script, I call a VB component which generates
code to handle a menu. New scripts are inserted using
document.write (script). But when the page is complete,
scripts are not executed (Inserted code contains  document_onmouseover,
document_onmouseout, .. )
What's the problem, please ?

I have the reasons somewhere but VBScript will not execute if it is
created on the fly. I have found this problem when duplicating rows in
a <TABLE>. However, Javascript handles this fine.
