Showing tip window(alt) when mouse hoovers over link

Borut Zaga #1 / 5	Showing tip window(alt) when mouse hoovers over link Hi. Is it possible to show tip (alt) window when user's mouse hoovers over a link? Has someone done something like this? Im almost sure that it can be done, but I cant handle it. Thank you for any help, Borut Zagar
