As far as I know this code will not work as intended in IE. The plugins
object returns details of embedded objects not enabled plugins, you can test
in various ways, you might look up the isComponentInstalled method in the
documentation.

Hi

I found a way to detect. When use Object tag, IE is giving
the custom message, about security setting. On the object
tag if use onerror assign some function, we are getting
control. But I don't know how to disable the IE custoom
message.

Thanks

Wouldn't be much point in security settings if the page author could disable
them would there?

With the Javascript plug-ins detection you use before you must add this
Jscript calling VBScript method :

<script>
var isIE = (navigator.appVersion.indexOf("MSIE") != -1) ? true : false;
var isWin = (navigator.appVersion.indexOf("Windows") != -1) ? true : false;
jsVersion = 1.1;
if(isIE && isWin){
 document.write('<SCR' + 'IPT LANGUAGE=VBScript\> \n');
 document.write('on error resume next \n');
 document.write('objIsInstalled =
(IsObject(CreateObject("Msxml2.DOMDocument"))) \n');
 document.write('</SCR' + 'IPT\> \n');

Quote:
}

if(typeof(objIsInstalled) != 'undefined') alert('OK');
</script>

Ciao !
