 String Split

Hi all,

just a question for all the expert in the room

i d like to make a split on a string to separate the string from the space
caracter

so for example :
str = "hello all";
sp=str.split(' ');

so
sp[0]='hello';
sp[1]='all';

this obviously does not work,
i tried to get the unicode value of the space/empty caracter (32)
and spliting with str.split(String.fromCharCodeAt(32))
and it did not work neither

does anyone have a clue?

thanx a lot
