I was trying to modify a VBScript version that was being used very well in the
past and now needed a Javascript version just to keep things neat. No point
putting in one page HTML,XML, CSS, VML, VBScript, ActiveX, Java, Java
Scriptlets and anything else because it's possible.

Yep, I've used both flavours at differnt points. Can't think why now as I'm
getting old. ( Shouts loudly "I'm 487 don't you know!" )

I just wrote the code into a script block just to test the open and closing and
sneakily put in
request.write("<html>");
request.write("hello!");
request.write("</html>");
to test that the block was being scanned.
