 Reading Registry keys??

Hi,

Is there a way to read only (no write to) the registry keys using client
side JavaScript?
Any help or directing me to information for achieving this will be
highly appreciated.
Thanks - Samar

Hi Samar,

information stored in the registry that they could really start annoying
you. They'd know (among other things)

1) Your name
2) Your e-mail address
3) What products you had installed on your computer
4) What URLs you'd typed into your browser recently

This is certainly something you *wouldn't* want people to know!

You need an ActiveX component if you want to do this.
